BLDC Fan Motor 12/24VDC For Turbo Oven Driver And Controller As One Set PWM Control
This is one application of brushless DC motor.
Brushless DC motor uses electronic communtation instead of mechanical steering. Compared with Brush DC motor, it has long working life and eliminates mechanical steering's noise, sparks and electromagnetic interference and so on. It is of great convenience and reasoning to control motor's performance.
The motor drive is DC chord vector control, and its characteristics are shown in the following table:

| Locked rotor protection | When the load brought by the motor encounters great resistance from the outside to stop the motor, the controller temporarily stops the motor. After a few seconds, the motor tries to start. If the resistance is absent, the motor runs normally. If the resistance is still present, the motor stops temporarily again. After several cycles, the motor stops. Manually remove the resistance, and press again to start the motor. |
